Terms of Service

By using Top Extension or purchasing a placement, you agree to these terms and the Rules.

The service

Top Extension is a paid leaderboard, not an editorial recommendation, quality score, contest, lottery, investment, or revenue-sharing program. Rank is determined by cumulative confirmed payments and can change whenever another extension pays or a confirmed refund is applied.

Purchases and results

Placements begin immediately after payment confirmation. A purchase does not guarantee a particular duration at any rank, or any clicks, installs, reviews, sales, revenue, or Chrome Web Store position. Payments are processed by Waffo as Merchant of Record.

Acceptable listings

You may submit only a public Chrome Web Store listing you are authorized to promote. Malware, impersonation, deceptive or illegal products, adult content, copied listings, and Chrome Web Store policy violations are prohibited. We may hide or remove a listing that violates these rules without deleting its transaction record.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility and its effect on leaderboard totals are described in the Refund Policy. Contact support@topext.lol or use Waffo’s consumer portal before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, suspend, or discontinue the service and may update these terms when necessary. Material changes apply prospectively and will be shown on this page. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected placement.

Independence

Top Extension is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or the Chrome Web Store.
